Artist Participation

Artists are invited to participate in Covington White Linen Night for Public Art with a dedicated 10x10 space for displaying and selling original artwork during the event. This participation level is designed to keep artist involvement affordable while creating a lively, walkable evening of art, music, and community throughout downtown Covington.

The $50 artist fee includes one 10x10 display space. Site placement will be coordinated by the event organizer and assigned based on availability, pedestrian flow, and the overall event layout. Artists retain 100% of their sales proceeds.

Artists are responsible for providing their own 10x10 tent, tables, chairs, display materials, lighting, power source or extension cords if needed, point-of-sale setup, tent weights, and any required safety equipment. Power is not guaranteed and must be coordinated in advance with the event organizer.

Participating artists are encouraged to promote their involvement and invite collectors, patrons, friends, and family to attend this special evening supporting public art in downtown Covington.
