
Vendor-Sponsor Participation
Vendor-Sponsors are invited to take part in Covington White Linen Night for Public Art with a visible 10x10 booth presence along the stroll route or in designated event areas. This participation level is ideal for businesses, makers, food vendors, artists, service providers, and community partners who do not have a downtown storefront but want to connect with event guests during one of Covington’s signature summer evenings.
Vendor-Sponsor participation includes a $100 booth fee plus a 10% gross sales share to the Covington Public Art Fund for sales made during event hours, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM on Saturday, August 15, 2026. Booth space is limited and placement will be coordinated by event organizers.
Vendor-Sponsors are responsible for providing their own tent, table, chairs, display setup, signage, lighting, point-of-sale system, and any required safety equipment. Participation proceeds help support CPAF’s mission to bring public art, cultural programming, and creative experiences to downtown Covington.
